If a business does not come up on the search?

Hey there!

If a business has a Google profile, but does not come up on the search - what would be the reason for that?

One of my clients is a fencing contractor - his Google profile definitely needs help, but I'm not able to generate a report for his business.

Any suggestions appreciated!
