I am in another Skool group for writers and she posted a reminder of the rules, and it was aggressive. No self-promotion, no soliciting, no offers (and if you have a thesaurus, you know these are all the same thing) and no teaching. That last one doesn't make sense to me. If someone asks for advice and I know how to do it, I want to help...but I'm not allowed? So is that group just to pop by and say "congrats!" to people who post wins? Where is the community in that? That being said, there are no rules to this group yet, as I want to see where it goes first, but I want us to collaborate. If you want to teach something, please do! If you have offers related to books, share them! If you want to share a link to your published work, let's have it! Please don't randomly DM someone though. Ask to do so in their comment section so they don't get bombarded with offers. Thanks all!

Hi all, I just wanted to say thank you for joining the Collabowrting Club! This is an idea I've have been sitting on for a year (for real...I've had the domain name for a full year doing nothing), and then something told me to just do it, and here we are, growing each week. 🙌 I'm on tiktok a lot, and my whole for you page right now is about being your authentic self and that being the way to truly find happiness. And, (while I am using my pen name) this is what I feel called to. I am a writer who wants to hang out with other writers. So, again welcome and thank you for joining me. I would love to know on this post why you joined and what you are hoping to get out of this club, so I can really make it a place you want to be. Thanks!
