Why I Started This
I want to tell you why this community exists. I know what it's like to carry pain for years and not understand why nothing seems to work. I know what it's like to feel disconnected from your own body. And I know what it feels like when something finally shifts — not because someone fixed you, but because you started to understand what was actually going on inside. That's what changed everything for me. Understanding. Not just what to do, but why. Now I work with people every day in my studio in Tuscany, and I see this happen over and over. When someone understands how their body holds stress, how their nervous system learned to protect them, how pain can be a pattern the brain learned rather than damage in the body — something opens up. But you know what I've also noticed? The people who heal the most are the curious ones. Curious about themselves. Curious about what might be possible if they stopped accepting that this is just how life is. They pay attention to their heart instead of their head. And that openness — that willingness to feel instead of just think — is where everything begins. So this space isn't just about me teaching you things. It's about exploring together. I'm still learning. I'm still curious. I'm still on the path. Healing doesn't end. It deepens. And the more of us walking together, the more we all see. Your body already carries everything it needs to heal. Sometimes it just needs the right conditions — and a little company along the way. That's what this is. Welcome. With light, Wendy
