Advanced note investing! My favorite topic. I truly have been actively looking for a better business model the past 19 years and have not found anything easier or more lucrative.
I went to a private VIP session Monday night and I told the leader of the group the exact same thing. He's a younger guy that I have been following for years and years, runs a real good event in Garwood NJ.
He looked at me kinda sceptical as he is a real hustler running a Realty Brokerage with a lot of Realtors over 100!
He just said, move it over into the commercial side of things. I agree! Bigger numbers, easier foreclosure laws etc.
