Using other Peoples SDIRA's
Does anyone here need capital for their deals? I would think✋everyone's hand would go up. If you have all the capital you will ever need, don't bother reading this post.
I have been using my own Self-Directed IRA to fund my own deals since 2007 and now I am funding other peoples deals here on Apex as well as my own communities here on Skool.
There is $2.1 Trillion dollars tied up in dead 401k's from when people were employed with a 401k and then they Quit, Got Fired or Got Laid Off. That is a ton of capital just sitting there looking to get rescued!
I quit my job in 2005 and was broke except for this dead 401k which sat dead until I rolled it (100k) into a Self-Directed IRA and I started buying non-performing notes with that money.
I was talking to another investor who said she had a large family that were heavily in the IT space. I told her they all had 401k's and they all bounce around job to job. I called my IRA Custodian and told them I needed 30 applications and they were ecstatically enthused to get those apps over to me.
She booked the back room at a restaurant and invited her relatives out for a "Plate Licker Special" free lunch where I explained the tax benefits to this group and away they went to fill out those apps and fund their IRA's with capital. My friend raised 2 million bucks that day.
So I'll say this again $2.1 Trillion just sitting there!
