My imagination is very powerful and I find that the only times I relapse are when I let myself start fantasising about all the women I want and things I want to do. I think you need to turn that part of your brain off. I find it helps to focus on the work at hand an exercise too. If you do that then your brain starts being more present. Meditation helps too in many ways. Does anyone have advice on how to fight the fantasy when it comes into your head? I usually end up stuck in a loop of desire and most of the time break myself out but only after minutes or even sometimes more have been wasted. I know it might help to get a girlfriend, so I am focusing on that too.

Stop fooling yourself. It's all about the dopamine. You need to understand that the first time you watched porn, your addiction started. Your dopamine spiked, and that's why you craved more of it, to experience that rush again. However, watching porn isn't actually enjoyable; you've just become dependent on it to feel good. It's a never-ending cycle, and you can't live without it because it's the only way you know how to end the empty feeling the previous session created. But engaging in the next session will only make you feel even emptier. You need to grasp that fact. No one is forcing you to watch porn; it's your monkey brain seeking the dopamine. There are absolutely no benefits. Keep that in mind.
