Gratitude Jar

Today I pulled two notes- the first prompt asked about something I was grateful to see today no matter how ordinary!

I am grateful to see my son’s face and how much he has grown over the years which makes me also grateful for Facebook memories to look back on . I am also grateful to see my cat beside me- I am home sick with a belly bug and the cat has been at my feet or sitting above me on the top of the couch the whole day.

The next one was about something I had seen in nature over the past week the helped me appreciate the beauty.

I was very happy, excited and grateful to see 3 cardinals together the other day! A male and two females!! I rarely see the females - it was such a glimmer!!! I wanted a photo so bad but they got shy! The photo is captured in my mind!
