Time to ’Rise’!
As each year comes to an end and the new year approaches, it is a tradition for me to look back on the current year and forward to the new year with a single word in mind. A word that draws from the experiences of the current year and the aspirations for the year to come.
The word I have chosen for 2026 is - 'Rise'!
I am more certain now than at any time in my life that ALL THINGS happen for a divine purpose. We may not always know what that purpose is in the moment. Often times the purpose comes in disguise and requires acute observation to identify what the purpose is.
It may even require some time in the refiners fire - which can takes courage to endure.
We can either Forget Everything And Run. Or we can Face Everything And Rise.
I Choose to Face Everything And Rise.
And when God is For Me... Who Can Be Against Me?
