Tired of being pitched by service providers who don't take the time to even explore your LinkedIn or other profiles and bios and qualifications? I created a response that opens up a potential win-win for all involved - especially the offender in question. Don't get annoyed. Get More Excellent. So [NAME}, how closely did you study my profile before reaching out? I only ask these questions because in the age of AI People pitch (Prescribe) before they do any type of research or diagnosis. Based on what you've shared so far it feels an awful lot like I came up in Octopus or something similar and you didn't really do your own home work. I'm not sorry to be so direct. Feedback is the breakfast of champions and is a core part of what I am best at. Making well studied observations then providing valuable, actionable feedback that aids to eliminate the friction between potential and real results. Had you approached me with a question about something that I do and that actually matters in MY world and had identified what's working really well with what I'm currently doing and how I'd like to build on that or even a potential gap between where I am and where I may like to be, you would have had a better opportunity.
