I review floorplans constantly. One of the biggest difficulties people have is that they don't know what they're looking out for. They don't understand how the lines on the page will translate to a finished home. Here are some of the main things I look out for when reviewing the lines on a page. If there is an item to splurge on in your build or reno., it’s on natural stone. There is nothing artificial that even close to compares (There are many different types of stone you can choose that will suit your life) but the beauty, depth and character are second to none.
