I've been following your work on behavioral profiling – fascinating stuff. The way you break down non-verbal cues like the fig leaf and single arm wrap is exactly the kind of observation we need more of in healthcare. So often in the ICU, what patients and families don't say matters as much as what they do say.
Love that you're here. And thanks for the offer – I might take you up on that. Your expertise would add a huge layer to what we're building, especially around reading people in stressful situations.
