Not a lot of activity in here

I noticed there is not much activity in here and the milestones are so large to get to the next step that is will take an unrealistic amount of time between steps after you reach level 3. I know the purpose in the end is to sell the coaching program but the carrot is dangled out of sight.

I already know how to do most of this including finding, renovating and refinancing into DSCRs. The thing I am looking for is just how to be more consistent and scale and the connections for workers in new markets. I am not confident if I will get what I am looking for without seeing the real info but the real info is behind a paywall.

I have a nightmare situation in Milwaukee that is sucking me dry because I relied on remote help. The realtor lied and screwed me royally. I am in the middle of suing him and his brokerage which I have never sued anyone in my life. So you can understand my hesitancy for remote deals without concrete contacts and help.

Just focalizing my thoughts. No reply necessary.
