Returned from ORAAT Event
Back to Oregon from the Vegas 3rd annual Oraat event. It was awesome! I really enjoy meeting up with the ORAAT family every year. I know some of you are in the One Rental At A Time Community and I would guess you feal the same way. I picked up a few things that our Co-living community might benefit from. Matt The Lumberjack informed me about the best low flow toilets out there. I plan on testing these out in my Gilbert house soon, but they are currently out of stock on Amazon. I buy everything I can on Amazon that I can to decrease my vendor list and improve accounting. Plus I use quickbooks and am just now learning QBO has a tie in to Amazon Business.
Amazon just informed me I can get Amazon Business for free with my regular Prime account, so I just fired it up and will see how it works with Quickbooks.
