Day 6... didnt expect to get much done but that was planned lol
Well I knew today was going to be a bust for the checklist but it was planned that way so I am NOT upset. :)
🌅 Day 6 — October 11, 2025
Good Evening! What a day...
✅ What I Accomplished Today:
- Completed my non-negotiables
- Met with tenants and completed the apartment checklist
- Notified landlord of needed repairs
- Set up the cleaner and handyman for the landlord
💡 What Worked Well Today:
- The process I created for landlord/tenant communication worked smoothly and efficiently
⚠️ What Didn’t Go as Planned:
- Landlord was upset about the repairs still needed — had to calm and reassure him
- No calls or outreach completed today
🔁 What I’ll Adjust Tomorrow:
- Get back on track with outreach and lead generation
- Prepare for the storm and focus on safety while keeping essential work moving
