💼 Position: Chief Technology Officer - The architect of a company-wide technical ecosystem. You will own the master blueprint for how every system across marketing, sales, fulfillment, and finance communicates, integrates, and scales toward a 9-figure operation.
💰 Compensation: $150,000 – $190,000/year

⏰ Schedule: Remote | Full-time 1099 | Results-first, meetings-light culture
🛠️ Tech Stack: HubSpot, Zapier / Make, Stripe, PayPal, Authorize.net, Airtable, Google Workspace, Asana, Slack, Loom, Zoom, API & Webhook Management, Data Warehousing (Postgres / Cloud), Leadpages, Looker Studio, Infusionsoft, and AI tools (Claude / ChatGPT)
🤝 Working Directly With: CEO, SDR Director, Head of Growth, Marketing, Sales, Fulfillment, and Finance Teams
🔢 Seats Available: 1 (High-ownership, high-trust role)
✅ Candidate Requirements
Must Have:
• Deep HubSpot CRM proficiency, including architecture, automation logic, and lifecycle design, not just navigation.
• Proven experience designing and managing cross-system integrations, including APIs, webhooks, and middleware.
• AI-first mindset, using LLMs and automation tools to build faster and smarter.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.
• Blocker-killer mentality, with technical issues resolved same day.
• Strong documentation habits, including SOPs, system maps, and architecture diagrams that others can actually use.
Nice to Have:
• Direct RevOps or Sales Ops background.
• Experience integrating billing and payment systems, including Stripe, PayPal, and Authorize.net
• Data warehousing and BI dashboard experience, including Looker Studio and Airtable Interfaces.
• Familiarity with Cursor, code tools, and low-code/no-code workflow builders.
• Experience building and leading a distributed technical team.
