How to connect with the God within you ?

It's called go into silence 🤐 in solitude, preferably dark 🌑, and preferably for more than 30 minutes up to one hour at most,

Does it take practice, yes, like with everything.

Does it require specific position, yes possible seated and not laid down.

Focus on your breathing until the thoughts 💬 disappeared and silence sits in and after around 30 minutes into silence a still small voice will come at you from within answering any problem or difficulties that you have, or any goals that you want to accomplish.

It works 100% of the time if done correctly.

Sometimes it takes more time to get into that state.

Whatever you hear after the storm in your mind clears, like the answer to something just follow that and see the results.
