Sharing a win yesterday ! SUPER GRATEFUL 😊😊
Been trying to get this seller for the last 2.5 months by DK, CC, Texts, emails, VMs, mailers, and post it notes. Yesterday was God’s plan for him to answer my call for the first time and we had a great conversation. He mentioned he was already talking to a guy who was supposed to be helping him buy the house from him which he was communicating with for the last couple weeks. The buyer was a referral from a friend from his work. I asked him great questions like what Jeff’s teaching such as biggest concern, obstacles, and challenges. Then asked him good questions regarding the other buyer he was working with. I asked him what Jeff has taught, “if I can SOLVE all your problems NOW and EVEN do more of what the other guy would do for you, would you be ready to put pen to paper and get this headache behind you ?” He said yes! I didn’t waste time so I drove over to his job within 20 mins and locked it up! TIME KILLS DEALS! Super grateful! Thanks Jeff! PP85K RC40k ARV250-270k. Going to be a home run BRRRR!
