Figure Out Motivation
This can be a big challenge when we first get started: "How do I have ask questions that are useful, but I don't sound like a robot?" "How do I even know what issues that the seller is experiencing?" Check out this video where I give you a quick homework assignment so you can predict what issues a seller has, and how you can respond in a way that let's you sit in the conversation and build rapport.
