  • journal (optional)
  • an open mind
  • (optional) any crystals or items that bring you comfort.
  • Eye Mask (optional but recommended if during the day)
  • Blanket

How to prepare to get the most out of this session
  • Dress comfortable and in layers, temperature shifts may happen
  • Drink plenty of water during the day and avoid excess liquids up to 2 hours before we get started
  • Eat light and nutrient dense foods the day of and day after, I suggest lots of fruit and veggies. This helps to alkalize the body. You do not want to come in on a full stomach but if you get low blood sugar eat a piece of fruit before coming in.
