We start from zero — step by step — with awareness, consistency, and self-care. 🌸 My name is Bella, and I work in the field of natural facial rejuvenation and face remodeling. I use: - manual techniques - facial exercises - myofascial massage techniques - deep tissue work - gua sha blades - aesthetic KINESIO taping - and other natural methods 🌿 My journey in this field began in 2020, and since then my experience and knowledge have grown year after year. I see the face not only as aesthetics, but as part of the whole body — connected to posture, fascia, muscles, hormones, lifestyle, and nutrition. ✨ In this space, I will share everything I know about facial care, self-care techniques, healthy habits, and lifestyle choices. Recovery tips after the holidays 😄🫶🏻
My first advice for you is to help your body feel lighter after everything we ate and drank during the holidays.🤷‍♀️😉 A lighter diet is, of course, very suitable for recovery and has an immediate effect on both the body and the face. If we manage to reduce food intake and focus more on fluids — especially warm water — we actively hydrate the body and see quick results on the face.🧖🧖‍♀️ If you have a more substantial lunch with protein and vegetables, this can even allow you to skip dinner and go to bed feeling much lighter and more relaxed. In this way, the body restores its strength faster and more efficiently. If you’re not used to practicing sports regularly, I recommend a long walk — at least 5 km. Or, if you’re familiar with my lymphatic drainage exercises, which activate all the fluids in the body and the joints, you can do a 15-minute practice. For the face, treat yourself to a good cleanse and wash — and a mask. The mask can be of two types: • First, a clay mask, applied for no more than 10 minutes, to detoxify the skin. Rinse it off gently. • Then apply a second mask with a richer, more nourishing texture, one that doesn’t dry too quickly. If you don’t have a face mask at home, you can also prepare a homemade one. If you’re interested in a DIY mask recipe, feel free to message me — I’ll be happy to recommend one. Instead of starting immediately with your skincare products, you can leave the nourishing mask on your face for several hours. This creates a long-lasting, deeply nourishing effect, helping to restore and refresh the skin after a festive night. Of course, if you combine a long walk or a more energetic physical activity with a facial massage, everything moves to a whole new level. These are my recommendations for recovery after a festive night. Your tissues — and your face — will thank you. 🫶🏻😍😘
