Good Morning folks, Adding to the resource drops today a small intro to Wild Edibles resource. This is very much a basic resource and should be paired with common sense, further reading and identification books / resources. I found when starting out in foraging, that choosing 3 common edibles was the best way to go. I studied each of the three things I chose and then would head out on walks -- locations where these may be found and got to work searching, drawing, really familiarising myself with each so that I knew undoubtedly what I had found. Anyways, have a wee look if interested and then head out into the field 📖 But first --> please read the disclaimer. 😎👇🏼 ⚠️Disclaimer: •Foraging carries inherent risks. •Plant identification must be confirmed with absolute certainty before consumption. •Resources shared here are for educational guidance only and Recalibrate Outdoors accepts no responsibility for injury, illness, allergic reaction or loss resulting from the use or misuse of this information. •Participants are responsible for their own safety, foraging within the law, and seeking expert confirmation where necessary.
