I've been thinking we should bring back the weekly challenge, so here it is 😁
This week, the challenge is to PAUSE. Using the acronym PEACE, try to incorporate this each day for at least 5 minutes.

Exhale
Acknowledge / Accept
Change
Engage
Check into this thread daily this week to keep accountability.
This is where REAL RECALIBRATION happens - when we make conscious decisions to observe our thoughts and not cling to them.
Do this practice outdoors if you can.
