Alrighty people, let's share knowledge.
This thread is for any and all team building games or challenges / tasks.
Team building can often come with a *sigh* by those having to participate but that's the corporate view of it. Team can mean colleagues of course, but it can also be family units or friends.
🔗 It's a great way to recalibrate outdoors as it helps us recognise strengths and areas for improvement within our unit, LINKING individuals closer together.
📈 It BOOSTS morale and productivity
🫂 Connectedness - it helps us become more EMOTIONALLY INTELLIGENT towards others.
🧩 INCLUSIVE - it supports inclusivity within a group, supporting people to WANT others involved.
