Happy Wednesday folks, I've recently been reading into fractals and how they can support our wellbeing. You can view fractals in many different ways, however, as outdoorsy types, the best way is through nature.
Fractal viewing has been linked to stress reduction, the increase in alpha brain waves and supporting positive mood.
