Good Morning !
I was out for my morning run this morning and thought I'd share a useful tool I use when feeling overwhelmed or stressed: Box Breathing.
Box Breathing is a breathing technique that we can use to help us Recalibrate or reset our nervous system, putting us back into a place of rational and calm thinking.
How to do it:
๐ŸŸขBreathe in for 4 counts
๐ŸŸขHold for 4 counts
๐ŸŸขBreathe out for 4 counts
๐ŸŸขHold for 4 counts
Repeat until you feel settled.
โš ๏ธ Remember, if you feel light headed or dizzy, have a break.
