Rebalance is about slowly refilling our own cup. We do a lot for other people. Because we feel like we have to. Because we feel like we need to. Or simply because we want to, out of the kindness of our heart. And in doing so, we forget about ourselves. We are often the last person that crosses our mind. And when we do finally do something for ourselves, we struggle to be present. Our mind races. Guilt creeps in. Shame shows up. And before we know it, we cut our “us time” short. Rebalance is about relearning that we matter. That we are allowed to take a few minutes to regulate our nervous system. That we are worthy of spending time on ourselves.
