Why Your Cup Matters
Rebalance is about slowly refilling our own cup. We do a lot for other people. Because we feel like we have to. Because we feel like we need to. Or simply because we want to, out of the kindness of our heart. And in doing so, we forget about ourselves. We are often the last person that crosses our mind. And when we do finally do something for ourselves, we struggle to be present. Our mind races. Guilt creeps in. Shame shows up. And before we know it, we cut our “us time” short. Rebalance is about relearning that we matter. That we are allowed to take a few minutes to regulate our nervous system. That we are worthy of spending time on ourselves. If we want to help others, we MUST help ourselves first. When we fill our own cup, we actually have something real to give. If this has resonated with you, you’re in the right place. And sharing your thoughts and your journey could help someone else more than you realise. If there’s an area of your life that feels out of balance right now, ask in here. We’re all givers. I’m sure we can support each other. Have a great day 😊

Welcome to Rebalance 🌿
Welcome to Rebalance — a space to reconnect with your body, energy, and alignment. Let’s begin with a simple awareness exercise: 1. Ground yourself: Sit or stand comfortably, feet on the floor. 2. Breathe: Take a slow, deep breath in… and out. Notice how your body responds. 3. Scan: Gently bring your attention through your body. Where do you feel tension, holding, or tightness? 4. Observe: No need to change anything — just notice. Feel energy moving as you soften and release with each exhale. Move at your own pace. Explore, notice, or simply be — your presence here is enough. If you’d like, share one word in the comments that describes how your body feels right now. No pressure — this is just for noticing.
