Weekly check-in: reply here every Monday
One thread for every week. Reply below each Monday (or any day that week) with: - Last week, one thing that went well: - One thing that didn't: - Energy (1–10): - This week I'll try: (one small thing, not a new life) Then reply to at least one other person's check-in. That's half the point.

Why we're now called Main Quest
We used to be Reawakened Strong. Strong is still here. It just turned out to be one piece of something bigger. Most of us run our lives like the side quest is the main one. Wake up, work, pay the bills, scroll, sleep, repeat. Health gets squeezed into the gaps, and everything else we care about (friends, hobbies, trips, learning something new) waits for "one day". This place is about flipping that. Getting stronger, eating well and sleeping properly still matter a lot. They matter because they give you the energy to do the things you actually want your life to contain. Work is a side quest. This is the main one. Nothing changes about how the group works. Same people, same programs, same weekly check-ins. There's a lot more coming, starting with a free course. Say hi below: what's one thing you've let go quiet that you'd like back?

Do you need a coffee before you feel like a person?
Honest question, no judgement. I'm not coming for your coffee. Something most people don't know: if you drink coffee every day, a good part of that morning "boost" is your body getting back to normal after a night without caffeine. It feels like energy. A lot of it is just the withdrawal going away. Small experiment if you're curious: one morning this week, have water and some daylight first, and your coffee 60–90 minutes later. See how the morning actually feels. How many cups a day are you on? Be honest, nobody's counting.

Ever pulled into your driveway and not remembered the drive home?
You park, turn the engine off, and realise you have no memory of the last twenty minutes. You were driving. Somebody was. It wasn't really you. That's autopilot, and it's normal. Researchers who studied people's daily diaries found that around 43% of what we do each day is habit, often while we're thinking about something else. Autopilot is great for tying your shoes. It's less great when it quietly runs your whole week. Where does autopilot run your life the most? The commute, lunch, evenings, the phone? Tell me below.
