Pushing Past Comfort Zone
I had a few really rough calls with frustrated homeowners who yelled and threatened me. I decided to keep pushing on to the next calls and got a really good lead who’s an owner still interested in selling. I simply educated him on the market and strategies to make his move as smooth as possible. We’ll see how it goes but it still feels good. Don’t let the little bad experiences keep you from seeking the good.
Staging absolutely helps sell homes for a higher price in a shorter period of time.
I increased my listing price by almost 90k after its been on the market for almost 30 days. I took it off the market for 1 week for the sellers to move out, I staged it and we just accepted a full price offer. A testament to the staging.
Slowly rising from the dead
I’ve been out of service with the flu but today I had enough strength and tenacity to hit the phone. Only made one contact but feel good about doing the work again.
