Just wanted to share wins of the week thanks to everything Ophir has ingrained in us. Closed a $2,375,000 listing in 11 days on market and 14 day escrow. Used every negotiation technique from pricing pyramid to NLP to get the information i needed to get the seller price and terms they desired. I just got off a call and got another listing from this one. Thanks Ophir! Grabbing some coffee now.
