After being diagnosed with a histamine intolerance and Ehlers Danlos, I was told to increase protein, cut gluten, and cut leftovers. This makes meal planning basically impossible- not to mention I have a crazy work schedule. So I’ve started swapping out anything I can to have protein that is ‘easy to grab/cook’.
My 8am (starving to death) has been swapped from a regular granola bar to one with a lot more protein. I really want to try one of these mixed in a dairy free ice cream.
And then whenever I get my next break at work, I found these awesome scramble cups with 22g of protein that take a minute to make.
-let’s just say my grocery bill has increased a lot though..
