It’s easy to tell someone to:
- go exercise
- cook more
- eat healthier
- join a gym
But real life might look like:
- working 10 hours
- picking up kids
- being mentally exhausted
- not wanting to drive 25 minutes to a gym
- not having money for meal prep services or classes
- barely having time to sit down
That matters.
If someone had meals prepared, a trainer waiting for them, a gym next door, free sessions, and extra time every day… most people would participate more.
Health behaviors become easier when the experience becomes easier to access and fit into real life.
