A small Women’s Day reflection from my journey building in AI
Happy International Women’s Day. 🌸
When I first started exploring AI, I didn’t really have a network in business.
No mentors.
No entrepreneurs around me.
No one explaining how building something actually works.
Most of the time I was just figuring things out on my own.
There were many moments when things felt uncertain.
Moments when progress felt slow.
And if you’ve ever tried building something from scratch, you probably know that feeling.
But there was always one person who kept pushing me forward.
A woman who never let me stop when things felt unclear.
Whenever I doubted the path, she would simply say:
“Just keep building. You’ll figure it out.”
That belief carried me through many phases of this journey.
So today I’ve been thinking a lot about the women who quietly support people behind the scenes.
And also about the women who are building things themselves now.
Especially in industries like real estate, where things move fast and there are always a hundred things happening at once.
Managing leads.
Answering inquiries.
Following up with prospects.
Handling showings and paperwork.
Recently I’ve noticed many agents and brokers starting to explore AI to handle some of these repetitive things, so they can focus more on closing deals and building relationships.
Simple things like:
• answering property inquiries instantly
• qualifying leads before a call
• following up automatically with potential buyers
• assigning leads to the correct agents
• showing properties automatically based on preferences
• notifying agents the moment a lead shows interest
• and so on…
Nothing overly complicated — just systems that make the day-to-day work smoother.
So today I’m curious:
How many women here are currently working in real estate?
And have you ever thought about using AI to simplify some of these things in your business?
