What do you think is the best CRM? (We use Hubspot, but sometimes it doesn't give us reminders on time.) 2. What dialer do you use? (The one we're currently using has a delay of 5-10 seconds, which I think turns off a lot of people.) 3. What is the most affordable yet best skip tracing tool? (The one we're using right now gives good results but costs $0.045 per contact.) 4. We haven’t done any advertising so far, so we don’t have any inbound calls or leads. What do you think is better—Meta ads, Google ads, or something else?

While taking a Lyft to work, the driver and I began discussing real estate, though I'm unsure how the topic arose. I mentioned that I'm obtaining my real estate license and am interested in wholesaling. She expressed the opinion that wholesaling should require a license. I partially agree and disagree. In my view, one should be licensed, but not necessarily in the same manner as a realtor.
