@Nick Burton this is a great one. There’s a number of ways you can tackle it but just off the top of my head one fun way is: dang, I am sorry to have bothered you - I think the area is growing and I’ve got a 1031 exchange that I was looking to move money into something like this. I typically do commercial, but I don’t know. I guess I just really like this one, but I apologize. Shot in the dark you wouldn’t happen to know who the owner is would you?
