Introduction
Hello everyone! My name is Jay Schipper, I am a property manager and investor in the Quad City, IA/IL area residing in Davenport, IA. I couldn't be more pumped to join this community headed by a good friend and business associate, Dalton Bristow. One thing that I am most excited about in terms of this community would be the word OPPORTUNITY. The opportunity to expand my real estate wealth and knowledge. The opportunity to connect with new like minded individuals chasing the same goals as me. The opportunity to help many others move their own real estate adventure further ahead. And so much more. A few things I like to do in my free time would be coaching wrestling at my HS Alma Mater, hanging out with my friends and family, and raising my son, Saint, (6 month old Catahoula Leopard Dog) which takes up the majority of my free time right now 😅. Looking for feedback! Free A.I. powered deal analyzer
Hey! I built a free A.I. deal analyzer for real estate investors and would love some feedback from this group I’m an investor myself and got tired of clunky spreadsheets, bad ARV guesses, and second-guessing if a flip was actually worth it. So I built a tool that: • Pulls property data from the web from multiple sources • Estimates ARV based on real comps • Calculates potential rehab costs and provides an unbiased summary on if the deal could work for you.
