Looking for feedback! Free A.I. powered deal analyzer
Hey! I built a free A.I. deal analyzer for real estate investors and would love some feedback from this group
I’m an investor myself and got tired of clunky spreadsheets, bad ARV guesses, and second-guessing if a flip was actually worth it. So I built a tool that:
• Pulls property data from the web from multiple sources
• Estimates ARV based on real comps
• Calculates potential rehab costs
and provides an unbiased summary on if the deal could work for you.
It’s free to test, and I’m trying to improve it with real user feedback. If you analyze deals (or want to get better at it), I’d love for you to try it and tell me what’s missing.
Appreciate any thoughts from this group. You can use raw addresses for both residential and commercial properties and you also can use links from websites like zillow, redfin etc.
Helps me save a TON of time.
