I’m Larry. I’m based in Indiana. I focus on mortgage note investing. I buy performing and non-performing notes secured by real estate. Instead of owning the property, I own the debt and collect the payments. My background includes working with banks, grading note tapes, and building buy boxes that protect downside risk. I care a lot about yield, equity cushion, and buying right. What I like about the seller finance strategy is the control it offers.
