Hi everyone 🌱 I’m Sanna and I’m really grateful to have found this community. I’ve been quietly reading posts here for a while, and I love the information and advice here. I’ve been struggling with endometriosis and severe hormonal imbalance symptom - hirsutism etc. I tried allopathy but they gave me painkillers for endometriosis pain . I even tried ayurveda and it didn't work . Over the years I started learning about health and disease myself . I know it's the diet as even though i am vegan i used to eat like unhealthy processed packaged foods . I believe in the power of nature and this incredible body we are gifted with . That’s why I’m now seeking deeper healing at the root rather than band-aids on symptoms. I’d love to learn a lot from this community on how to heal at the root level. Thank you so much 🤍

Hey good people , I keep putting off a detox because I smoke and trying to stop 😲 Is it recommended to stop first or just press onward with what I keep putting off ? TIA

I have a friend whom I've gotten onto the fruit diet. However, they are struggling with SIBO and the fruit is causing great discomfort, so now they going off fruit. Any guidance on healing SIBO? Thanks.
