Ingredients:
β’ 1 tsp cardamom pods (slightly crushed)
β’ 1 fresh rosemary sprig
β’ 3β4 whole cloves
β’ 1β2 cm fresh raw ginger, sliced
β’ 1 cinnamon stick
β’ Slices of fresh lemon
β’ Slices of fresh orange
β’ 2β3 cups filtered water
Instructions:
- Add the cardamom, rosemary, cloves, ginger, and cinnamon to a pot with the water.
- Bring to a gentle boil, then lower the heat and let it simmer for 10β15 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and add fresh lemon and orange slices.
- Cover and let it steep for another 5 minutes.
- Strain if desired and pour into your favorite cozy mug
