Felt good after first 2 meals today (watermelon and grapes/lettuce) but after the 3rd meal of watermelon , the nausea started again really bad. I could only eat small portions of my final 2 meals (more grapes and yummy mango which I couldn’t finish).
I really feel like I’m still in heavy detox mode and this is impacting my emotional well-being. I can’t wait until this week of Refeeding is done so I can incorporate some steamed veggies and soups to slow the detox down.
