🔢 Detox Level: 3–4 (Transition Meal)
What… Kim’s posting a pizza recipe??
🍕 Raw Veggie Pizza
This is a transition meal, not deep detox. The redition looks amazing but keep in mind that the ingredients are pretty simple in order to keep to detox level 3-4. Still, pretty cool, right? I cant wait to make it when we return home.
This raw veggie pizza uses a flax & zucchini crust with lots of fresh vegetables and a simple tomato sauce. It also includes an optional cauliflower cream, which can be supportive during transition but is not part of deep detox.
If pizza cravings are getting to you, this can be a grounding substitute that helps you stay on track without going backwards.
Deep detox = fruit, juices, smoothies, and simplicity.
Transition foods help people stay grounded and sustainable as they move forward.

🌾 Flax & Zucchini Crust (with Rustic Edges)
• 2 cups zucchini, finely grated (squeeze moisture out)
• 1 cup ground flaxseed
• ½ cup grated carrot
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1 tsp dried oregano or Italian seasoning
Mix well. Spread about ¼ inch thick on parchment, leaving the outer edge slightly thicker. Gently push the edges up with your fingers to form a rustic rim. Dehydrate at 105–115°F until set but still flexible.
⸻
🍅 Thick Tomato Sauce
• Fresh tomatoes
• Cherry tomatoes
• Fresh basil & oregano
Blend lightly — thick and chunky, not smooth.
⸻
🥦 Cauliflower Cream (Optional – Transition Only)
• Steamed cauliflower
• A little water as needed
Blend until thick and spoonable.
Use small dollops only — no stretch, no “cheese pull.”
⸻
🌈 Vegetables (Use Generously)
• Mushrooms
• Bell peppers
• Cherry tomatoes
• Red onion
• Spinach
• Fresh basil
⸻
This isn’t meant to imitate traditional pizza.
It’s meant to be real, grounding, and honest.
Transition foods like this can be helpful — but the real magic still happens with fruit, hydration, and simplicity.
