Drinking pure celery juice on an empty stomach helps:

🌿 Strengthen digestion and bile production (perfect before your first fruit or juice)
✨ How to drink it:
  • Juice only celery, no lemon or apple.
  • Drink it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
  • Wait at least 20–30 minutes before having anything else, ideally a fresh juice or fruit meal.
