I have celery juice 4–5 days a week in the morning, and I was wondering if anyone else in this group does the same?
I used to start my mornings with protein drinks, and I didn’t realize that was what was keeping me from healing. Now I do lemon water every single morning and then move on to celery juice or a smoothie!
If you’re starting out with celery juice, you’ll want to begin with a small amount.
It can have you running to the bathroom if you drink too much too fast.
But that’s how you know it’s cleaning you out!
I drink almost 32 oz now, but it took me over a year to work up to that amount.
What are your thoughts on celery juice?
