It has already been a very busy morning over here, but we still have work to do—so let’s get a recruiter roll call going!
Recruiters, what is one thing you do to help a new creator feel comfortable about joining Rainbow Flock?
For example: I try to walk them through the process, answer their questions, explain what support is available, and make sure they don’t feel like they’re figuring everything out alone.
