Those little things may not feel huge when you do them, but they can mean a lot to the person on the other side of the screen. One thing that can hurt a LIVE is trying to change everything just because one night didn’t go well. Some LIVEs will be busy. Some will be slow. That doesn’t always mean your content is the problem. Give yourself time to see what is actually working before you completely switch things up. Pay attention to what gets people talking, what makes them stay, and what they seem to enjoy.
