Good evening! I do the same, make them aware of what can happen if they don’t have an agency, if they have issues; I see what they are and tell them how an agency can help with it, try to walk them through the process, answer their questions, explain what support is available, and make sure they understand. I show them the app, how to work it, where they can message their manager with issues they have and make them aware of the rules of contacting their manager and that it is their business and they are responsible adults that can do it if they just try. But I iterate they are the ones who have to do it. We can’t do it for them. They are well aware when I recruit that they will not be babied, but they will be assisted with adult issues.
