🍂 AUTUMN YOGA SERIES | Slow Flow to Ground, Breathe & Release
We begin with intuitive ribcage breathing, placing our hands around the ribs to feel the breath expand and soften naturally. This is an invitation to slow down, arrive in the present moment and listen to what your body needs today. From there, we explore: ✨ Gentle lizard pose variations to open the hips ✨ Squats and twisting movements to explore mobility ✨ Shoulder stretches to release tension and create space ✨ Mindful transitions that encourage you to move at your own pace This practice is about moving with curiosity rather than pushing for perfection. Autumn invites us to turn inward, let go of unnecessary tension and make a little more space for ourselves. 🤎 This practice is for you if you want to: • Reconnect with your breath and body • Gently explore hip and shoulder mobility • Release some of the tension of everyday life • Enjoy a slower, mindful movement practice • Create a little space for yourself this autumn Find a comfortable space, take your time and adapt each movement to suit your body. If you enjoy this practice, please like the video, subscribe to my channel and join me for more seasonal yoga, mindful movement and gentle practices to support your wellbeing. With love, Barbora 🤍

Autumn Yin Yoga 🍂 | Lung Meridian, Metal Element & Letting Go
Slow down and settle into the season with this gentle Autumn Yin Yoga practice. 🍂 In Traditional Chinese Medicine, autumn is associated with the Lung and Large Intestine meridians and the Metal element themes of breath, letting go, and making space for what truly matters. Through slow, supported yin poses and mindful breathing, we'll soften tension, create space in the body, and invite a sense of calm and grounding as the seasons change. ✨ Suitable for all levels. Take your time, use props for support, and honour what feels right for your body. Breathe deeply. Soften gently. Let go of what you no longer need. 🤍

💞 Slow & Grounding Yoga for Shoulders | Gentle Movement + Nervous System Reset
Slow down, soften and reconnect with your body in this gentle, grounding yoga practice for the shoulders, upper body and nervous system. 🤎 This class combines slow, mindful movement with longer, quieter breathing and plenty of time to notice how your body feels. We’ll use a strap and bolster throughout the practice, with lots of shoulder movement including Thread the Needle, gentle opening and some slightly more challenging options if you feel like exploring them. There’s no need to push or achieve anything here the invitation is to move slowly, breathe deeply and give your nervous system a chance to settle. 🌬 Breathing with the strap At one point we use the strap gently around the lower ribs while breathing. This gives you some gentle feedback around the ribcage, helping you become more aware of how your ribs move as you breathe. As you inhale, notice the ribs expanding into the strap in different directions. As you exhale, feel them gently soften back in. This can help you experience a fuller, three-dimensional breath and bring your attention away from busy thoughts and back into your body. Slowing the breath and making the exhale comfortable and unforced can also support the body’s natural shift towards a calmer, more settled state. Have a strap and bolster nearby if you have them, but you can always adapt with what you have at home. Move at your own pace, choose the options that feel right for your body, and remember less can be more. 🤎 If you enjoy this practice, subscribe for more slow yoga, mindful movement, breathwork and relaxation practices.
