Working on printing out the workout routines.Tried doing it on my phone but it's difficult to read. Going a bit late tonight but it's the weekend!
Day 2
Got in 6,000 steps and did my first day of muscle building. Nothing special, but it's a start!
Day 3
Preparing for a bigger workout in a couple of hours but feeling pretty tired. Will update after!

Walked 4.64 miles today. Will be starting more than just aerobic exercises starting tomorrow!
