I've been working with Jake for a while now, well before I joined this community officially. I know what he's building and I know how he thinks. The community is the visible part. There's a lot happening around it that most people haven't seen yet.
When he asked me to come in as moderator it wasn't to manage a feed. It was because the operation is growing fast and we need good people around us to build it properly. AI consulting, enterprise workshops, partnerships across some seriously complex industries. Jake's been carrying a lot of this alone. That's changing.
If you've been sitting in here thinking "I could help with that" β now's the time to say so.
Here's where we actually need hands/volunteers right now π
π€ Community and Engagement β welcoming members, keeping conversations real, making this place worth showing up to every day
π¬ Content and Course Production β editing, formatting, turning Jake's raw material into polished modules people can actually learn from
βοΈ AI Engineering β building and improving the tools and systems running underneath all of this
πΌ Client and Relationship Management β helping connect the community to the consulting and enterprise work we do
π€ Workshop and Event Support β helping prep and run live sessions for corporate clients and institutions
π± Social Media and Growth β turning the audience Jake's built on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube into members and pipeline
π Research and Intelligence β tracking what's happening in AI and feeding it back into content and strategy
ποΈ Operations β keeping a fast moving team organised and on track
These start as contributor roles. The people who show up well will grow with this. That's just how it works.
DM me directly. Tell me who you are, what you're good at, and why this caught your eye. I read everything.
